Henry Waddle and Wesley White were in Madison County before 1800, and then moved to Pulaski County.

Adair County
Thomas Barrett and Wiley Barrett brought their families to Adair County from Laurel County in the late 19th century. A daughter married Acel Roberts there.
Bourbon County
James Trotter and his family were early settlers of Bourbon County.
Breathitt County
Nathan Lewis Arrowood and some Barretts came into Breathitt County from Clay County in the1850s. Barrett daughters married Wiley Burns and Evan Combs there.
Clay County
In the early 1800s Thomas Marcum settled on Cow Creek in Clay County.
One family of Barretts was among the first settlers of Clay County. They were soon joined by other branches of the family. The Rogers family arrived before 1820. Nathan Lewis Arrowood brought his family to Clay County before 1850.
Clinton County
Descendants of John Marcum of Wayne County were in Clinton County before 1850.
Fayette County
James Trotter and his family were early settlers of Fayette County.
Gallatin County
Markhams were early settlers of Gallatin County. Arthur Marcum married twice in Gallatin County, into the
Furnish and
Robertson families.
Green County
The Marcum family was in Green County before 1830.
Johnson County
Descendants of James Arrowood were moving from Yancey County, NC into Johnson County before 1850, and kept coming into the 1860s. Some of them later moved to Minnesota. A couple of Stapleton boys married into the family. Use the Arrowood Family Surnames list to find other people in this county.
Knox County
Jonathan Marcum married a Craig in 1842 and raised a family.
Laurel County
Jesse Marcum brought his family from Virginia around 1845.
Arthur Deweese moved his family to Laurel County after the Civil War.
Robert Hensley's family came to Laurel County around the time of the Civil War.
John Barrett's family arrived in Laurel County before 1860. With him from Breathitt County came his son-in-law Evan Combs. John's daughters married James Mullins and Riley Storms, and a granddaughter married Beverly Delph.
Madison County
Several branches of Butners from North Carolina came to Madison County before 1800. Some of their daughters married Hughes, Roberts, Tyree, and Williams,
Owsley County
In the early 1800s Thomas Marcum settled on Cow Creek in Clay County. When Owsley County was broken off, Thomas and some of his family came along.
Pulaski County
Henry Waddle and Wesley White were in Pulaski County at the beginning of the 19th century. Waddle daughters married Barnes, Keeney,
Scott County
James Trotter and his family were early settlers of Scott County.
Wayne County
John Marcum and his family were early settlers of Wayne County.
Whitley County
The Mitchell family were early settlers of Whitley County.
Woodford County
Woodford County was formed from Fayette County in 1789, and in turn, spun off Scott County in 1792. Perhaps James Trotter and his family resided in that portion of Woodford County.
